There you have it. I finished what I'd set out to do. I got some explosions. Of course, the best ones got away!
Standing out there witnessing this, and witnessing the effect it has on the people who come out to see it, I am in awe. The
entire scene is BOILING! Rocks are boiling! And ocean is steaming and wind is blowing. Every time an explosion occurs,
and globs of boiling lava shoot into the air, there are oooohs and aaahhhhs from the people watching. And there's that
collective sense of kinship like being in the crowd when the hero hits a home run...
